Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at pop-up events, located in New York, NY. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers at various events, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting attendees, managing feedback, resolving concerns, promoting products or services, and collaborating with the event team to meet organizational goals.

- Expertise in delivering exceptional Customer Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
