We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Success Manager to play a key role in ensuring customer success, satisfaction, and adoption.
What You’ll Do
On-Site Implementations
Travel to customer sites to install, configure, and launch our platform within healthcare facilities
Training & Enablement
Deliver hands-on training to clinical staff
Ensure confident and effective system use from day one
Technical & Operational Support
Serve as a frontline technical resource
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support teams
Customer Engagement & Adoption
Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders
Drive adoption and identify usage barriers
Track implementation progress, usage analytics, and engagement KPIs
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree
Strong interpersonal, training, and communication skills
Proven ability to engage and motivate teams
High technical aptitude and comfort with digital tools
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Passion for improving patient care through technology
Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 60%)
Availability to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility based on customer needs and time zones
