LiahonaLINK creates NFC-enabled wearables and accessories designed to share scripture and faith-based messages with a simple tap on your mobile phone. Our products blend faith, technology, and everyday wear to help members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints share meaningful messages in a modern, personal way.

We’re part of a small, early-stage tech startup with early revenue and big growth goals. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and help shape a brand from the ground up.

Internship Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing & Brand Lead Intern who is excited to learn, create, and contribute in a real-world startup environment. This internship is hands-on and project-based, giving you exposure to brand strategy, content creation, paid advertising, analytics, and influencer marketing.

You’ll work closely with the founders and play a meaningful role in growing LiahonaLink’s marketing presence.

The ideal candidate will take ownership and lead the LiahonaLINK brand.  We’re looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, go‑getter attitude.

This is a paid internship with the possibility of earning equity as we grow.

What You’ll Do

Brand & Messaging

  • Support the development and refinement of LiahonaLINK’s brand voice and visual identity
  • Help ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms
  • Assist with storytelling and brand positioning projects

Social Media & Content

  • Help plan, create, and schedule content across social media channels
  • Assist with content calendars and campaign ideas
  • Create basic graphics using digital tools
  • Engage with followers and support community growth

Paid Advertising & Growth

  • Design and lead paid social media campaigns
  • Test creative concepts, messaging, and audiences
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics across marketing channels
  • Compile reports and dashboards
  • Use data to inform marketing strategy

Influencer, Affiliate & Partnerships

  • Research and Identify potential Affiliates, Creators and partners within the LDS community
  • Support outreach and coordination of influencer campaigns
  • Help track partnership performance

Qualifications

Required

  • Interest in marketing, branding, or digital media
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Possesses a founder‑like mindset with the initiative and hustle of a true go‑getter.

Preferred

  • Marketing, business, communications, or related major
  • Experience social media platforms
  • Familiarity with LDS culture and values
  • Interest in startups or entrepreneurship

Compensation

Compensation for this role is directly tied to the revenue generated, creating a performance‑powered structure that rewards initiative, creativity, and results. This approach ensures that high performers are recognized with meaningful financial upside as LiahonaLINK continues to grow.
