New Grad Veterinarian

New Grad Posting

Mentored Growth + Future Practice Ownership Potential | Greer, SC

This is a real mentorship for real life vet medicine.

I’m Dr. Tyler, and FurWell is a privately owned, intentionally non-corporate small animal hospital in Greer/Greenville, SC. We’re built for calm, high-standard medicine and a client experience that actually feels human.  We currently own 3 practices in the upstate and provide mobile clinic services to our clients.  We are energetic and high impact all while focusing on work life balance.

What you’re walking into

  • Daily mentorship in medicine and business that’s practical, kind, and direct
  • A team that likes teaching and has your back
  • Structure, coaching, and feedback so you grow fast without burning out

Who this is perfect for

You’re a great fit if you want:

  • Real-life mentorship in medicine + communication + confidence
  • To become the kind of doctor pet parents trust instantly
  • Personal growth (yes, the real kind—because this job will shape you)
  • A path toward leadership—and possibly ownership one day.

The big question

If you’re the type who is positive with a great attitude and thinks, “I might want to own a practice someday” then you’re exactly who I want to talk to.

What you’ll do

  • High-quality general practice medicine (dogs & cats)
  • Build strong diagnostic thinking and client communication
  • Learn efficient flow and teamwork
  • Small animal surgery and dentistry
  • Grow into decision-making with support

Schedule + compensation

  • Full-time (details shared during interview)
  • Competitive salary for new grads + mentorship + CE support

If you want to be mentored, developed, and challenged in a good way—apply.
Tell us briefly:

  1. What kind of doctor you want to become
  2. What mentorship you’re hoping for
  3. Whether ownership interests you someday

Let’s build something better than corporate medicine together.
