Assistant Marketing Product Manager

Artsana USA Inc., maker of the renowned Chicco brand of infant and juvenile products, seeks a talented and driven person to fill an Assistant Marketing Product Manager position to support the continued growth of our product lines. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to innovative product development, and help create trusted solutions for consumers and their families.

 

The Assistant Marketing Product Manager will support the Marketing Product Managers in the successful execution of their roles as Product Category Leaders. This person is expected to become an expert in the covered product line(s), the competitive landscape, retailer assortments, and how the product line(s) can evolve to fully meet the needs of the end consumer. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist with product marketing activities, including market analysis, consumer research, new product development, packaging, pricing, and promotional initiatives 
  • Assist Product Managers with support of product lines through the launch, active, and end stages 
  • Assist in the execution of new product introduction efforts within channel including, but not limited to, collateral development, merchandising development, training tools, and execution at retail 
  • Assist Product Managers with research projects including consumer studies, channel sales analysis, and competitive product analysis 
  • Assist in coordination of trade shows, presentations, and corporate events 
  • Assist with pursuit of ongoing product line segmentation, cost-saving opportunities, and new product categories
  • Engage in continuous learning to acquire product and industry knowledge, including obtaining relevant certifications specific to child safety

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications  
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or related field, preferably at a consumer goods company 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, prioritizing tasks, coordinating cross-functional resources, and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn PIM/DAM, project management, and other platforms as required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, deadline driven, high-impact environment 
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills 
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail oriented 
  • Ability to travel to shows and events as required
