What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and close partnership opportunities with global companies looking to expand and grow.
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build relationships with C-level decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and international clients.
- Represent our services, helping companies hire top talent without setting up local entities.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Provide market feedback and suggest improvements to our service offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of your local business and hiring landscape.
- 2+ years in B2B sales, international sales, or business development roles.
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Experience selling services or SaaS to global clients is a strong plus.
- Self-starter, proactive, and highly entrepreneurial—you thrive with freedom and ownership.
- A long-term vision: you're not just here for the commissions, but for the growth journey.
- Compensation & Growth
First Year: 100% commission-based, uncapped earnings (realistic six-figure monthly potential depending on region).
After Year 1: Opportunity for equity + base salary based on performance.
