About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Street Interview Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Sr. Content Marketing Manager to come up with original and engaging video concepts. Work closely with Social Media Associate to create engaging, on-brand content and foster a thriving online community across platforms.
This role blends public-facing content creation, community engagement, and cultural awareness—perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what’s trending, and knows how to translate that into authentic brand storytelling.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, concept, shoot, and edit short-form social content ( for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts) that aligns with LARQ’s brand voice and aesthetic.
- Specialize in LARQ-branded “person on the street” content - creating viral video moments by interviewing or engaging people in public.
- Stay on top of social trends, sounds, and cultural moments, identifying opportunities to authentically join conversations.
- Partner with the Social Media Associate to plan and execute content calendars and campaign moments.
- Engage directly with our community—respond to comments and DMs, spark conversations, and represent LARQ’s tone and values online.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, CX, and Product teams to bring new campaigns and launches to life.
- Track and report on engagement performance, sharing insights and ideas to help the team continuously level up our content.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience creating social-first content for a brand, agency, or creator account.
- A charismatic extrovert to your core—able to bring the energy in any conversation, and you aren’t afraid to approach strangers and engage in positive interaction.
- A natural storyteller with an eye for design, composition, humor, and timing.

Deep understanding of Gen Alpha, Gen Z, and Millennial social behavior—you’re fluent in internet culture, humor, and emerging platforms.
- Proficient in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Thrives in front of a camera and collaborating in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Adaptable, flexible, and agile. Things move fast here, and oftentimes require pivoting and action.
- Passionate about wellness, technology, and thoughtful design.
