Overview
We are seeking a proactive and confident Cold Calling Representative to conduct outbound calls, engage potential customers, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, are comfortable with phone-based outreach, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
• Introduce the company’s services clearly and professionally
• Identify customer needs and determine whether they are a qualified lead
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to the sales team
• Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and lead status updates in CRM
• Follow call scripts and outreach strategies while adapting to customer responses
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead‑generation targets
• Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude
• Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach performance to management
Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone presence
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls daily
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
