Job Title: Property Manager
Job Summary: The Property Manager oversees the daily operations and financial performance of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and HOA properties, ensuring assets are well-maintained, financially sound, and compliant with leases, governing documents, and applicable regulations. This role manages rent collection, lease administration, vendor contracts, maintenance coordination, and capital improvement projects, while serving as the primary liaison between owners, tenants, association boards, and service providers. The Property Manager balances strong customer service with firm policy enforcement to protect property values, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver consistent, professional management across all property types.
Principal Duties:
- Review applications and approve or deny according to rental requirements.
- Initiate leases with new tenants and renewals with current tenants.
- Work with contractors and owners in repairs and renovations of units.
- Maintain building systems, fire safety, and inspections by contracting for maintenance serves and supervising repairs.
- Overseeing the marketing of vacant units.
- Supervise the move-in and move-out process.
- Handling tenant communication / answering tenant questions.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal & business communication skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated.
- High level of organization.
- High attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in the property management industry with experience with HOA's as a big bonus.
Work Hours and Benefits:
This position is a full time salary. Minimal evening/weekend availability to address emergency situations. Two weeks paid time off and bonus plan
