Leasing Agent Intern

Local real estate company is seeking a Leasing Agent for Southeast Wisconsin.  

Hours are full time during the summer and 15-20 hours/week during the school year.  The schedule during the school year can be flexible but needs to be during the day.  Undergraduate or graduate students may apply.

Duties include:

• Marketing of vacant units.
• Taking attractive pictures of units.
• Writing up the marketing description of each unit.
• Syndicating postings with our paid subscriptions.
• Researching details on the units to include in the postings.
• Schedule and execute showings of vacant units.

Qualifications Include:

• Strong interpersonal & business communication skills.
• Ability to be self-motivated.
• High level of organization.
• High attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have own car and valid insurance.

Our office is in Mequon, WI and candidates must be available to able to come to the office during the internship.  Some hours may be worked remotely in the Milwaukee area.

Kasdorf Property Management is a small and growing property Management company in the Milwaukee area. We currently service over 850 rental units throughout Wisconsin.  Units include a mix of condos, single-families, duplexes, and multi-family apartment buildings.
