Content Production Associate

Perfect Paver Co. is a fast-growing exterior restoration company operating across Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. Our projects create dramatic before-and-after transformations, making them ideal for cinematic storytelling and digital brand growth.

 

We are building a structured, multi-market content program and are looking for a driven student or recent graduate who wants real-world ownership early in their career.

 

This is not an internship. This is a hands-on role with responsibility and growth.

 

Position Overview

The Content Production Associate will support on-site video capture, drone operations, editing, and social media publishing across multiple markets.

You will work directly with company leadership and field teams to document real transformation projects and help build a scalable content system.

 

What You’ll Do

On-Site Production

Capture before, during, and after project footage

Operate drone systems (FAA Part 107 required within 60 days of hire)

Film ground-level video content

Coordinate with job-site crews

 

Post-Production

Edit short-form and long-form video content

Create vertical social media videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

Deliver platform-optimized exports

Organize and maintain digital asset library

 

Social Media Support

Assist in maintaining a content calendar

Schedule and publish posts

Repurpose footage across platforms

Track basic performance metrics

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000–$60,000 starting salary
