Boardy — along with select early-stage startups in our network — is actively hiring for Founding Go-To-Market roles.

These roles are designed for builders who want ownership over how a product reaches the market—from defining positioning and acquiring early customers to building repeatable revenue engines from scratch.

You’ll work directly with founders to turn strong products into real traction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Defining and executing early go-to-market strategy across marketing, sales, and growth
  • Identifying ideal customer profiles and developing positioning and messaging
  • Owning early customer acquisition and pipeline generation
  • Running experiments across outbound, partnerships, content, and growth channels
  • Working closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements
  • Building repeatable sales and marketing processes from zero to scale
  • Establishing early revenue motion, metrics, and reporting
  • Helping shape pricing, onboarding, and customer success strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in go-to-market, sales, growth, or marketing roles at startups or high-growth companies
  • Strong ability to communicate value propositions and translate technical products into customer outcomes
  • Experience owning or contributing to customer acquisition or revenue growth
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide GTM decisions
  • Experience working closely with product or technical teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
  • Bonus: experience selling or marketing B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI products

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada and the US. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience.

$80,000—$130,000 CAD
