Marketing Social Media Manager

Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing & Social Media Manager who will own and execute our social strategy across all major platforms. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving user acquisition, and creating engaging content that converts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

Create high-performing short-form content (reels, posts, stories, trends)

Grow and engage our online community

Plan and manage content calendars

Run paid social campaigns and optimize for user acquisition

Track KPIs (engagement, reach, CAC, installs) and report on performance

Collaborate with product and growth teams to align campaigns with app updates and launches

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing

Proven track record of growing social accounts and driving engagement

Strong content creation skills (copywriting + short-form video strategy)

Experience running paid social ads

Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize campaigns

Passion for startups, tech, and building communities
