Analyst, Leasing & Asset Management
This is an opportunity to join the asset management/Leasing team of a fast-growing real estate asset management platform. Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit, work well with minimal supervision and direction, thrive while managing multiple tasks at one time, and demonstrate effective communication with investors, executive members, and real estate professionals alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures achievement of the financial and operating goals of each asset under management and identify value creation opportunities and develop action plans to achieve desired results. In addition to the daily management of the department and delivery of all materials on time.
- Support the team to execute the annual business plan for the portfolio - revenue analysis, expense NOI and other key financial and operating targets, developing the annual capital and operating budgets, and formulating strategies that drive operations and financial performance of the portfolio.
- Oversaw all leasing functions, including drafting term sheets/LOI, conducting NER calculations, and finalizing lease terms. Led the development, maintenance, and optimization of portfolios through Excel and Argus.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and property values to ensure competitive lease rates and identify potential opportunities.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance or other related field.
- 2-5+ years of progressive commercial real estate asset management, leasing, or related experience
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in broad variety of asset types across key US markets.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred
- Ability to be flexible, multi-task, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines
- Works well with other team members, existing tenants, prospective tenants acting as a partner to all
- Required mastery of Excel, Argus, Word and PowerPoint, with very strong financial modeling skills
- Very task-oriented, accomplishes listed objectives while paying close attention to detail
- Positive attitude, positive demeanor with a proven ability to overcome challenges and inspire others to overcome challenges.
