                                BUSINESS TAXES REPRESENTATIVE

The Return Processing Section's work processes are production oriented so you will immediately recognize the results of your hard work. The position will challenge your organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
 

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Analyzing tax returns, schedules, and reports.

• Interpreting and applying tax laws, regulations, and annotations.

• Resolving identified questionable returns, schedules, and report problems.

• Communicating with taxpayers and field office team members.

• Reviewing taxpayer’s correspondence and taking appropriate action.

• Providing advisory services to internal and external customers.

• Performing other job-related duties as required.
