Welder (Full-Time)

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes and be comfortable working with blueprints, technical drawings, and a variety of metals. This role requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on project specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Measure, cut, and fit metal components to precise specifications
Inspect welds to ensure structural soundness and quality standards
Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
Assist with general fabrication and shop duties as needed
Qualifications
1+ years of welding experience (or apprenticeship completion preferred)
Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG/Stick experience a plus)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong knowledge of welding safety practices
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or GED preferred
Welding certification preferred but not required
Preferred Skills
Experience with stainless steel and aluminum
Fabrication and assembly experience
Forklift certification (a plus)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
