Position Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction skilled labor to join our growing team. This position supports construction projects by performing a variety of tasks including site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and assisting skilled trades. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and power tools safely

Support carpentry, concrete, framing, or other skilled trades as needed

Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions

Qualifications

1+ year of construction experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment

Preferred Skills

Experience in carpentry, framing, or concrete work

Heavy equipment operation experience

Blueprint reading skills

Forklift or skid steer certification
