Overview
Deliberate Directions is a business and executive coaching and leadership development firm based in Boise, Idaho. We work closely with business owners, executives, and leadership teams to help them think more strategically, lead more deliberately, and build organizations that scale sustainably.
We are seeking a motivated Work-U student intern who is creative, detail-oriented, and curious about business, leadership, and marketing. This internship is intentionally designed as a build-your-own experience. The intern will have the opportunity to shape the role around their interests while contributing meaningfully to real-world projects inside a professional services firm.
This role is ideal for a student who wants hands-on experience creating content, supporting brand growth, and learning how high-level leaders communicate, make decisions, and build influence.
What You’ll Do
The Marketing & Content Intern will support our marketing and content efforts across multiple platforms. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting growth and engagement on social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Creating simple graphics, infographics, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Assisting with presentation design and other visual materials
- Supporting the execution of educational content such as short videos, podcasts, and events
- Helping organize and prepare marketing content and assets for scheduled releases
Optional Opportunity:
The intern may also choose to support our business event space, gaining exposure to event marketing, promotion, and behind-the-scenes operations. This component is optional and can be incorporated based on the intern’s interests.
