On-Call Branch Administrator

We’re seeking an on-call branch office administrator to support our offices. This position provides customer service and supports our financial advisors on a temporary, as-needed basis and does not have regularly scheduled working hours. 

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional client service abilities, critical thinking capabilities and effective communication skills; shows strong initiative; and is willing to learn and understand the financial services industry. You must be able to work on short notice, with flexibility to work in more than one branch location.

Hours: 7:30-4:30 pm

Hours and days of the week flexible 

Position will average 16-20 hours per week
