Production / Technical Design Intern

Production and Technical Design Internship
We are seeking a passionate and creative intern to join our Production and Technical Design team up
to 20 hours per week for 8 weeks, in person at our Center City Philadelphia office. This is an exciting
opportunity for a Fashion Design student who is eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced
environment. Rising Seniors who can collect class credit for their internship are preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
● A Fashion Design student seeking school credit
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● A friendly, team-oriented attitude with professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Tracking packages, organizing and logging samples as they arrive.
● Taking notes during fittings
● Assisting with technical design tasks such as measuring samples and writing fit comments.
● Supporting production through data input and other time-intensive tasks.
● Organizing Bulk fabric library
● Assisting during bulk fabric and trim approvals
● Organizing the sample room
● Tagging samples and organizing them
● Updating tracking documents as needed
Desired skills:
● Familiarity with using Google Workspace including, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, & Meet.
● Working within the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,) to update Construction
details call outs, and draw pattern and fit corrections
● CLO3D knowledge is a plus, but not required.
● Training in a PLM system will be included.
