About LockedIn LockedIn is a fast-growing EdTech startup dedicated to helping schools create focused, distraction-free classrooms. We are building the tools that teachers and administrators need to keep students engaged. As our user base expands, we are looking for a hungry, driven Business Development Representative to join our core team and help us scale.
The Role You won't just be a number here; you will be a face of LockedIn. You will take ownership of our active sales pipeline. Your primary objective is to lead scheduled meetings, run product demos, and close deals with educators and school administrators.

What You’ll Do
Run the Room: Lead pre-scheduled Zoom and phone meetings with school administrators, tech directors, and teachers.
Demo the Product: Clearly and passionately explain how LockedIn solves their specific classroom distractions.
Close Deals: Follow up with leads, overcome objections, and drive contracts over the finish line.
Shape the Product: Act as the bridge between our customers and our founding team, relaying feedback to help us improve the app.
Manage the Pipeline: Keep our CRM organized so we always know the status of every prospect.
Who You Are
A Natural Communicator: You are articulate, confident, and comfortable guiding a conversation with professionals.
A Self-Starter: You don't need to be micromanaged. You show up on time, prepared, and ready to close.
Adaptable: You can handle objections on the fly and pivot your pitch based on the customer’s needs.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, debate, or public speaking is a major plus.
