About the Program

WuXi Biologics is excited to offer a dynamic Summer Internship Program designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. This program offers meaningful project work, professional development opportunities, and exposure to a fast-growing global organization supporting the development and manufacturing of life-saving biologics medicines.

Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business initiatives, and gain insight into career paths within the biopharmaceutical industry.

What You’ll Gain

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by department but may include:

Supporting ongoing projects and operational initiatives

Analyzing data and preparing reports or presentations

Assisting with process improvement or research activities

Collaborating with cross-functional teams

Participating in team meetings and program events

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program

Majors may include Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related fields

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Interest in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferred

Ability to work on-site in Cranbury, NJ during the internship period
