Brand Content Manager

The craft, product, and heritage are already there.
What’s missing is modern relevance, cultural presence, and consistent storytelling.

We are hiring one exceptional individual to operate as a team of five — using AI as a force multiplier — to help make Reinstein Ross matter again.

This role is intentionally designed for a high-potential early-career creative:
someone smart, visually fluent, AI-native, and hungry to build something real.

You will work directly with the CEO.
You will have real ownership.
And you will help define how a heritage luxury brand shows up in the modern world.

 

What You’ll Actually Do

This is not a narrow marketing role.
You will touch everything that creates relevance and demand.

1. Brand & Storytelling

  • Help bring the refreshed Reinstein Ross story to life
  • Translate craft, gold, and heritage into modern emotional narratives
  • Maintain a high bar for taste, tone, and visual consistency

2. Content Creation (AI-Powered)

  • Create and oversee content across:
    • Social
    • Digital
    • Editorial
    • Campaigns
  • Use AI tools daily to:
    • Generate concepts
    • Draft copy
    • Develop visuals
    • Iterate quickly
  • Think of AI as your creative studio assistant, not a shortcut

3. Social & Cultural Presence

  • Own day-to-day social execution
  • Help grow Reinstein Ross’s presence with intention, not noise
  • Understand what feels authentic vs performative in luxury

4. Influencer & PR Support

  • Identify tastemakers, creators, and voices that align with the brand
  • Support PR moments, launches, and brand storytelling
  • Help ensure Reinstein Ross shows up in the right places, not everywhere

5. Lead Generation & Demand Support

  • Create content and moments that support inbound interest
  • Collaborate with sales to reinforce storytelling and relevance
  • Understand how attention turns into inquiry
