About Lazy Sister
Lazy Sister is an upscale casual restaurant serving pan-Chinese cuisine. We are seeking two motivated hospitality students for an immersive 8-week summer internship program.

This hands-on experience offers exposure to multiple facets of restaurant operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. One position is available at our Mount Kisco, NY location, and one at our South Norwalk, CT location.

Program Structure
This internship provides a comprehensive rotation through various front-of-house positions, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of restaurant operations.

Throughout the summer, you'll gain practical experience across different service
touchpoints while working alongside our experienced team members.

Core Responsibilities Include:
- Guest reception and seating coordination
- Table maintenance and dining room support
- Food and beverage service
- Collaborative work across service positions to understand operational flow
- Completion of one strategic project during the internship period

The Project Component
In addition to operational training, each intern will identify, develop, and complete one meaningful project over the course of the eight weeks. This project will be defined collaboratively with management and may focus on areas such as guest experience enhancement, operational efficiency, service innovation, or other initiatives aligned with your interests and our business needs.
