Job Summary
Loop1 is hiring an entry‑level Business Development Representative (BDR)to support our growing sales organization. This role is ideal for early‑career candidates and individuals transitioning from the service industry who are motivated to learn, develop strong sales fundamentals, and build a future career path toward Account Executive roles. As a BDR, you will engage prospective clients, qualify early opportunities, and introduce organizations to Loop1’s consulting and managed services. You’ll receive structured training, hands‑on coaching, and exposure to the tools and approaches including AI that will help you succeed and adapt as our business continues to evolve.

What You’ll Do
- Learn Loop1’s services, value proposition, and sales methodology through structured onboarding.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Build early‑stage relationships and identify potential opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and activity tracking within HubSpot CRM.
- Use data‑informed approaches to prioritize high‑value targets and outreach.
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, personalization, and follow‑up quality.
- Share observations and feedback to help improve our messaging, process, and prospect experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- No prior sales or technical experience required.
- Service‑industry experience strongly valued.
- Demonstrated interest in building a long‑term sales career.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tools.
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools for productivity.
- References from past managers are helpful but not required.

Work Location
This is a Remote First role within the United States.
Loop1 does not hire in California, New York, New Jersey, or Canada.
