Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our insurance products, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Provide information on insurance products and services

- Assist customers with policy changes and claims

- Maintain accurate customer records

- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary

- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction

- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Detail-oriented and organized
