Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
As a Procurement MRO Inventory Optimization Intern, you will support high-volume annual spend and the management of vast spare parts inventory across 40+ bakeries, through setting up and managing a diverse portfolio of materials within Master Data Governance. You will perform parts research, update inventory descriptions utilizing MDaaS and SAP software, and conduct accurate data analyses, recognizing patterns that will improve efficiency.
The Procurement MRO Inventory Optimization Intern will analyze and compare bid proposals and work closely with suppliers to ensure agreement and program compliance. You will provide data management support to procurement, prepare documents for master data maintenance, create complex Excel reports, and create financial analyses and presentations that support key sourcing initiatives. You will also support bakery parts teams, assisting with parts ordering and management training, spare part material creation, and material movements across our bakery network. This role will allow personal and professional growth through meaningful projects that encourage the use of current and developing skills.
