Executive Assistant to Creative Director

We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and strategically minded Executive Assistant to support a well-established Creative Director in the beauty and fashion space.  This role offers direct exposure to a world-renowned industry leader and executive team driving significant global expansion.

This role extends beyond traditional administrative support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, is highly organized and flexible, operates comfortably across multiple responsibilities, exercises strong discretion and professionalism, and anticipates needs while delivering strategic, well-executed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and executive scheduling
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
  • Serve as a liaison with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Support development processes and related communication
  • Coordinate and help produce photo shoots and creative productions 
  • Assist with high-level planning, project execution, and follow-through 
  • Support social media coordination and maintain organized digital asset systems
  • Maintain documents, presentations and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure the Creative Director’s priorities remain on track while supporting overall operations.
  • Research and source specialty materials, vendors, and production resources, locally and internationally

Qualifications

  • Experienced or interested in beauty, fashion, design, or creative industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Apple and social media platforms
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt in a fast-moving environment 
  • Professional, discreet, and confident in executive settings
  • Willingness to travel as needed

* The role will start on an hourly basis, with eligibility to convert to a salaried position after 90 days. Upon successful transition, compensation will be adjusted to reflect increased responsibility and performance.
