S.A.L.T. Youth Mentor
S.A.L.T. Mentors lead 10th-12th grade campers in the Servant and Leadership Training (S.A.L.T.) program. Mentors:
- Lead a group of high school age campers, called S.A.L.T.s
- Facilitate bible studies with their S.A.L.T.s
- Are enthusiastic and silly about camp activities
- Respond appropriately to behavior of campers and staff
- Coordinate and encourage the growth of leadership qualities in S.A.L.T
Mentors should be strong communicators, have experience with students, be creative and able to connect with students on a personal and professional level.
S.A.L.T. Youth Mentors will develop valuable skills in leadership, youth mentorship, teaching, communication, event planning, and more.
