Job Title: Music Ministry Intern (Paid)

Duration: June 1–August 2, negotiable

Compensation: $350-$500 per week based on availability; housing provided (optional)

Position Description

Grace Bible Church is seeking a Music Ministry Intern. This paid internship provides hands-on experience leading music in a supportive ministry setting while offering a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead music for Sunday morning worship services
• Select songs in collaboration with the Pastor or leadership team
• Coordinate and rehearse with volunteer musicians
• Establish competence with technical aspects of our worship service (sound, stream, etc)
• Touch base with the Pastor and ministry leaders
• Grow personally and spiritually through mentorship

Qualifications

• Strong singing ability and confidence leading a congregation
• Proficiency in piano, guitar, or other lead instrument
• Dependable and organized
• Teachable mindset and willingness to grow
• A personal Christian faith and desire to serve in ministry

Schedule

Sunday mornings required.  Rehearsals are typically held on Thursday evenings, but this is negotiable.  Flexible weekly planning/rehearsal time, between 5-15 hours of work/week.
