What You’ll Do

  • Lead engaging, hands-on LEGO Robotics and coding classes
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy classroom environment
  • Teach using our structured curriculum and guide students through exciting robotics projects
  • Monitor student progress and provide clear, encouraging feedback
  • Adapt lessons to different learning styles and skill levels
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure student success
  • Share classroom insights to improve curriculum and instructional practices
  • Communicate effectively with the Learn2Code.Live team
  • Arrive prepared and manage classes confidently and professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • Current student, recent graduate, or degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical background)
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C/C++, Scratch, etc.)
  • Experience with LEGO Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or Micro:bit is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot independently
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Experience working with K–12 students is preferred
  • Confident teaching independently in a classroom setting
