Primary Responsibilities

Engage Home Depot shoppers in a friendly, professional manner

Educate customers about our Water Awareness Program and services

Generate and submit qualified customer leads

Accurately record customer information

Maintain high standards of lead quality

Represent our company and Home Depot partnership with integrity and enthusiasm

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance coaching

Support marketing initiatives to drive store performance and lead volume

Qualifications

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY — paid training provided

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Comfortable initiating conversations with customers

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Available to work retail hours, including weekends

Spanish and English speaker
