Overview
Awesung & Bloomsung Inc. is a large-scale integrated warehousing and logistics enterprise specializing in cross-border e-commerce support services, international transportation and customs clearance, Amazon FBA transfer, dedicated air freight lines, and one-stop fulfillment. We operate major warehouse centers across the U.S., including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, and Cranbury (NJ), with a total warehouse area exceeding one million square feet.
Due to business growth, our Cranbury Warehouse is looking for a Project Manager to support Executive Office in managing non-warehouse logistics vendors and ensuring the effective implementation of local operational processes.

Responsibilities
Project & Process Management
- Support and drive key company initiatives, particularly projects related to vendor management, process design, and operational implementation, including defining project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct on-site visits as needed (e.g., warehouses, vendors, partners) to support process implementation, perform compliance checks and audits, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
Vendor Management & Audit
- Participate in vendor onboarding, evaluation, relationship management, and performance tracking.
- Support or lead periodic and ad-hoc audits of vendor process execution; document findings and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
- Assist with vendor-related activities including bidding, evaluation, contract renewal, and ongoing compliance reviews.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project-related documentation, including process documents, project reports, meeting minutes, and internal/external communications.
- Ensure documentation is clear, well-structured, and accurate, enabling effective understanding and execution by both U.S. and China-based teams.
- Provide regular reports on project status, risks, and improvement initiatives as required by management.
Meeting & Cross-border Coordination
- Organize and coordinate cross-border and cross-functional meetings between U.S. and China teams (virtual and in-person), including pre-meeting preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.
Multi-task Execution & Communication
- Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrate clear, professional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese to accurately convey management direction and drive execution.
External Liaison
- Maintain effective working relationships with external agencies, clients, and business partners, representing the company in a professional and responsible manner.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently assess situations and drive solutions under uncertainty or time-sensitive conditions.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, with strong flexibility and resilience under pressure.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), supporting cross-cultural and cross-time-zone collaboration between U.S. and China teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common project or management tools; basic data analysis capabilities required.
- Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.
Preferred
- Relevant experience in project management, operations management, or vendor management.
- Experience working in large enterprises or multinational companies preferred.
- Prior experience with vendor management, bidding/tender processes, or operational audits/compliance reviews is a strong plus.

Other Compensations and Benefits
- Compensation: $70-95k/year, plus other benefits worth over 10k/year.
- H-1B sponsorship in 2026 depends.
