Field Observer/No Experience Necessary

Construction Resources, Inc. is a fully independent third party design firm that consults on exterior building components for commercial properties.  We design and manage exterior building restoration projects for the following building components:  roofing, masonry, windows & doors, and below grade waterproofing.  

At CRI, you will be given the opportunity to learn and be involved with on-site project management of commercial and governmental real estate exterior building restoration projects.   As a Field Observer, you will be onsite, monitoring contractor activity for construction document compliance and quality assurance. Must be detailed oriented.
