Exterior Sales Representative

Compensation: $60,000–$170,000+ (Commission-Based)

No prior sales or roofing experience required. We provide structured training, daily mentorship, and a proven system. We hire for work ethic, competitiveness, and coachability.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business through door-to-door outreach and referrals

Conduct roof inspections (full training provided)

Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance restoration

Manage customer relationships from first contact to project completion

Track performance and follow up consistently
