Join our small team in Brooklyn! Looking for an interior designer who loves to collaborate and think big. We need a designer to support the principal and another lead designer/project manager on multiple projects at once. Within six months after hire, our goal would be for this candidate to independently take clients from schematic phase to final install. As a small firm we all wear multiple hats and are seeking someone who is comfortable with that.

Tasks include:
-Create floor plans, elevations, custom furnishings in CAD
-Source and create client presentations
-Meet with clients on-site, lead communications afterward
-Create item proposals and client billing packages
-Maintenance of project budget and schedules
-Manage vendor relationships
-Managing parts of marketing and develop marketing strategies
