Sales Development Representative

Position Overview

We are looking to hire a Sales Development Representative for an in-person role in our Lexington, KY office. In this role, you will make outreach to a large network of automotive dealers to help them learn more about our solutions. This outreach is done in an omnichannel approach, utilizing calls, emails and social media.

You will be supported by a team of co-op experts to help you learn and grow within this role with regular 1:1 and group coaching sessions. You will also receive regular education about program changes and other important updates within the automotive industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting daily call volume goals
  • Scheduling qualified appointments
  • Learning and communicating value propositions effectively
  • Researching prospects and identifying target accounts
  • Supporting marketing campaigns with lead follow-up
  • Event follow up

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort making outbound calls and talking to new people regularly
  • Basic familiarity with HubSpot and dialers
