The HR Intern supports people operations, onboarding, scheduling, and internal organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee files
- Support scheduling and timekeeping organization
- Help coordinate training sessions
- Assist with employee communications
- Support recruiting efforts (job postings, interview scheduling)
- Observe dealership compliance and workplace policies

Responsibilities
- Assist with screening and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and new hire documentation
- Coordinate weekly training sessions and track attendance

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program (HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional and discreet with confidential information
- Access to reliable transportation (car access preferred)
- Ability to work one Saturday per month (required)
- Available full-time from June 1 – August 14
