A 360° view of the Retail ecosystem:
If selected, you will join our team in a local full-time role and complete retail based rotational assignments during the approximately 24-month program. Each rotation will take place in store apart from Rotation 3 which will be based with our Regional Corporate team.
- 6 months of education and training in delivering exceptional client experiences
- 3 months of exposure to operational and visual excellence
- 3-5 months of participation on a project with the Regional Corporate team
- 6 months of discovery in people development
- Final rotation as an Acting Team Manager in a leadership role
Each journey is personalized to your development with the goal of transitioning into a leadership role at the end of the program.

Eligibility criteria:
Applicants should:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
- Have more than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong communication skills and a drive for results
- Have permanent authorization to work in the location associated with application
- Be available to start working full-time on-site in location selected during the application process by June 2026.
