This is a full-time position based primarily at our Washington, D.C. headquarters, with limited hybrid flexibility. The Fellowship runs from Summer 2026 through Summer 2027 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Capstone and project sprints: Fellows will lead a year-long capstone project, co-designed with their manager, that aligns personal interests with the Chamber’s mission. Each rotation will also include shorter, hands-on project sprints to provide practical experience and exposure to diverse communications functions.
  • Clear professional outcomes: The Fellowship is designed to deliver portfolio-ready work and create a strong pipeline to post-fellowship roles within the Chamber or across the broader communications and advocacy landscape.
