Marketing Associate

Own US Marketing from Day One.

Vertical AI is where enterprise is headed. We've built technology that's ahead of the curve — and a global marketing engine to match. Now we need someone hungry to own US marketing and grow with us.

Not intern. Not assist. Own it.

The Company

We're building something that matters. The team is small for our ambition, but it's sharp and moves fast — people who push each other and ship real work. The culture is transparent, data-driven, and accountable. We challenge ideas, not people. And we back each other up.

The Job

Run US marketing. Build pipeline. Learn what works by doing — not by watching. You'll have real ownership from week one, with the support and mentorship to back it up.

Grow into this role, and you become our Head of Marketing.

Your resume may say marketing, communications, or business. That's fine. What matters more is whether you've actually done something — a side project, a campus org you scaled, a brand you built on your own. We care about what you've shipped, not where you studied.

How we think about marketing

Marketing is the growth engine. It touches everything — product, strategy, sales. You'll be in the room, not waiting for a brief.

We're accountable and truth-based. Hypothesis, test, measure, learn. No vanity metrics. No hiding from the numbers.

Performance is table stakes — but you also need to think about brand. Big ideas matter. Content matters, but not AI slop that serves no purpose. B2B SaaS is still about human connection: ABM, enterprise relationships, real conversations.

You Should apply if…

You've built something from scratch — a newsletter, a community, a campaign, a brand — and you can show what happened. You're scrappy, entrepreneurial, and ambitious — not waiting for someone to tell you what to do. You use AI daily — not "exploring" it, using it. You have opinions about why most B2B marketing is boring. You'd rather own the outcome than pad your resume. You're looking for a launchpad, not a training program.
