Venture Studio Services Coordinator

The Coordinator, Venture Studio Services plays a critical operational and client-support role within Rev1’s Ventures. This position supports the delivery of accelerator and spinout programming, coordinates venture studio data and deal flow, and ensures a high-quality experience for founders, mentors, and partners. Working closely with the Manager, Venture Studio Services, this role focuses on coordination, data integrity, and day-to-day client and program support.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Venture Studio Support

  • Support Peninsula engagement efforts, including member onboarding, in partnership with Manager, Community Engagement.
  • Support the delivery of Rev1’s bootcamp and venture studio programming, including application cycles, and cohort logistics.
  • Help to coordinate accelerator programming logistics including scheduling sessions, coordinating speakers and panelists, supporting Vetted Services Partners (VSPs), and ensuring smooth execution of working sessions (space setup, materials, food, etc.).
  • Coordinates operational support for weekly working sessions and select programming components as needed.

Data, Metrics & Reporting

  • Track venture studio deal flow data within Salesforce (SF), ensuring applications, leads, and client records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Support preparation of client milestone and progress reports for leadership review in partnership with the Manager, Venture Studio Services.
  • Help ensure data integrity across systems to support evaluation of program effectiveness and client success.

Collaboration & Special Projects

  • Collaborate closely with the Manager, Venture Studio Services and other Venture Services team members to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and communications related to Rev1’s Startup Studio and Venture Studio programs, as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other relevant field. 
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting high-impact programs, and/or entrepreneur support organization.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Data-driven and comfortable managing CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred), tracking data and reporting on program outcomes.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable working with founders, mentors, and internal stakeholders

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, primarily on-site role (Monday – Friday, 7:45am – 3:45pm) at The Peninsula, with the flexibility to support programming at Rev1 Labs as well as the occasional evening, or weekend event as part of our community-building efforts
