Public Relations (PR) Specialist – Part-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative Part-Time PR Specialist to support our external communications and client relationship management. This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to professionally represent the company in both phone and email communications with clients and external partners.
The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and comfortable handling multiple conversations while maintaining a polished and professional tone, while also supporting light social media–related content coordination when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone calls and email correspondence
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and requests
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining client-facing emails and communication materials
- Coordinate and follow up on client inquiries to ensure timely responses and issue resolution
- Maintain organized records of client communications and key discussion points
- Assist with social media content coordination, including drafting or supporting content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, as needed
- Support the PR and operations team with additional communication-related tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong phone communication skills with a professional and confident manner
- Prior experience in Public Relations, Communications, Client Services, or related fields is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, and basic content planning or coordination
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Availability to work 2–3 days per week during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with PR, media relations, or client-facing communication workflows
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting brand or client-facing social media content (not required to be a full-time content creator)
