Overview:
Proactively drives revenue growth and expands client relationships by identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare staffing sector. Acts as the primary liaison for prospective and existing clients, translating organizational capabilities into tailored staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling and deep understanding of client staffing needs.
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Talent Operations and Account Management, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and professional associations.
