ARC Group is recruiting an Associate Attorney for a respected Creditor’s Rights law firm in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for attorneys with 0–4 years of experience seeking to advance their careers in foreclosure and creditors’ rights law. The position offers a hybrid work environment, combining in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings and legal documents.
- Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested matters.
- Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person).
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide case updates.
- Review chains of title to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
- 0–4 years of legal experience; experience in creditor’s rights, real estate, or foreclosure law is a plus.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client interaction (via client systems, email, and phone).
- Exceptional client service and relationship management skills.
