Marketing and Communications Intern

Marketing and Communications Intern part-time for the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas. Position Summary: DSACT is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic intern to support our social and recreation programming. The intern will engage with program participants, facilitate community connections, and assist in fundraising efforts while promoting the organization's mission. Key Responsibilities: Attend weekend recreation and social programming to engage with participants, evaluate program effectiveness, and capture photos and videos for promotional use. Create and schedule daily posts for social media platforms related to recreation programs, social events, educational activities, and more. Coordinate fundraising campaigns, including Buddy Walk®, Year End Giving, and Cocktail Bash. Design and implement marketing campaigns for major fundraising events.
