Entry Level Civil/Transportation Engineer  (0–3 Years Experience)

Location: Lisle, IL | Full-Time | In-Office (Monday–Friday)

Bravo Company Engineering is looking for an entry-level Civil Engineer to join our Lisle, IL office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transportation and infrastructure projects with a focus on roadway/highway design. You’ll assist with preparing construction drawings, stormwater systems, utility design, erosion control, grading, and related project elements. You'll also support the team with cost estimates, technical documentation, and agency coordination.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering by May 2026
  • 0–3 years of professional experience in civil engineering
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with:
    • MicroStation OpenRoads Designer
    • AutoCAD Civil 3D
    • Microsoft Office Suite
  • EIT certification or on PE track
