Marketing Operations and Project Coordinator

This is not a "creative-only" role. While you will be involved in marketing our venues, 80% of this job happens in the inbox, on Eventbrite, and in spreadsheets. We are a hospitality group looking to make sure our ideas actually get across the finish line. If you hate unread emails and live for a perfectly organized to-do list, you will succeed here. If you are looking for a job that is primarily photo shoots and attending parties, this is not the right fit.

Email Heavy-Lifting: You will be the primary person chasing down answers. This means emailing vendors, managers, and partners daily to make sure initiatives stay on track.

Platform Management: You’ll be the lead on our Eventbrite and ticketing pages. This involves the work of setting up ticket tiers, descriptions, creative, and tracking links; and double checking them for every event.

The Master List: We have a lot of moving parts. You will be responsible for keeping our "Master To-Do List" updated. You’ll be the person asking, "Is this done yet?" and "Where are we on this?"

Scheduling & Coordination: Managing the calendar for promos, events, and staff needs. If an event is on Friday, you’re making sure the assets are ready on Monday and the tickets are live four weeks before.

Admin Support: Taking notes during meetings, turning them into actionable tasks, and following up with the team to ensure those tasks actually happen.

Who you are:

Organized to a fault: You get stressed out by messy calendars and loose ends.

Persistent: You don’t mind sending a third follow up email to get the answer you need.

Tech-Savvy: You can figure out the "back end" of platforms like Eventbrite, Mailchimp, or Toast without needing a manual.

Hospitality Mindset: You understand that in this industry, things change at the last minute and you need to be able to pivot and update the lists accordingly.

Why this is a great first job: You will learn the "guts" of how a hospitality group actually makes money and stays organized. You won't just be helping with marketing; you will be part of the reason the marketing actually works.
