Regional Sales Representative

Duties:

  • Assist with achieving sales targets and goals
  • Provide support to the sales team in managing customer accounts and relationships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and exhibiting at trade shows
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Assist with resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner
  • Support daily office operations and administrative coordination, including opening the office, maintaining organized workflows, and ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment

Requirements:

  • The first three months will be a trial period; after this period, uncapped commission will become available
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Fluent in English; Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
