Horizons Health & Wellness Center is an outpatient mental health clinic that meets each client where they are, through therapeutic interventions.

At Horizons Health & Wellness Center we provide Individual, Family, Couples and Group therapy. All clinicians have the flexibility to use their identified expertise and clinical approaches in treatment while working to eliminate barriers that prevent clients from obtaining services.

What does the day to day life of a therapist at Horizons look like?

•            Flexibility in creating your schedule to provide therapeutic services

•            Completing individual, couples, family and group therapy sessions

•            Documentation of all services rendered (SOAP NOTES) as required by COMAR, and CARF Standards, as well as Horizons Health & Wellness Center, agency policies

•            Intake assessment and treatment planning

•            Weekly Supervision meetings

Licensure Requirements:

•            Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor -State of Maryland (LGPC),
